I’m so grateful to be recognized as part of the #Deel100. I can’t believe they chose Chirpy out of their entire customer base to be one of the 100. What a moment as an entrepreneur. Hey, I’m Haley Carpenter. šŸ‘‹ I write these every week. I’m the founder of a company, Chirpy. Here’s something that has been rolling around in my brain recently.

Two things I love: simplification and visuals.

I try to simplify my industry as often as I can to make it more easily understandable and accessible.

Lots of people are visual learners.

So, I’ve been working on new visuals to help simplify different concepts…like what Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is and how we view it at Chirpy. How can I best visualize how Chirpy implements the system of CRO?

Know that the starting point in conversations is often, ā€œThat means Chief Revenue Officer, right?ā€ I don’t blame people for this as it would be the logical go-to if you’ve never heard of Conversion Rate Optimization before.

With that said, here’s what I’ve come up with so far to visualize the system of CRO and how we think about it.
