Companies should stop treating qualitative data like they’re in the Wild West. 🤠 Here are my thoughts on what you should actually be doing to set up your company for data-driven decision-making. 👇

In the past week this topic came up in a client call and it was a reminder to me how important the discussion of qualitative and quantitative data actually is. The big issue is that more often than not companies struggle to do something with their qualitative data beyond a useless word cloud. This isn’t the Wild West, word clouds can be a visual tool but it doesn’t hold a candle to quantitative data when it comes to data-driven decisions.

Strategy v. Tactics

I know I’ve mentioned this before but it’s honestly something worth repeating. Establishing proper strategies and not allowing them to get blown up for the sake of impatient stakeholders is key to long-term planning and gains.
