I Finally Converted

I Can't Break My Own Operating Philosophy

I've converted.

I can't break my own operating philosophy.

Work smarter, not harder is what I always say.

Well, the benefits of using AI APPROPRIATELY keep getting more and more undeniable. I didn't want to give in at first. I only wanted to use it sparingly.

I've started experimenting with it A LOT lately. The more I play, the more I find and the more helpful it gets. The more I'm getting converted to the AI team.

(Know most of my playing and new use cases have been for internal Chirpy things—not client work.)

Don't extrapolate this to thinking I've converted to using it for hacks and corner-cutting shortcuts. It doesn't mean I'm copying and pasting everything straight from a tool. I usually go back and forth many times on things with my input.

Here's what I've used it for over the past few months...

✔️ Ideation, inspiration, & new perspectives

✔️ Research support & learning

✔️ Messaging & positioning

✔️ Editing, re-writing, & QA

✔️ Concept validation

✔️ Sales & marketing

One of the big POVs I've reached: Humans only have so much "brain juice" in a day as I call it. It helps me save brain juice for the work that deserves it most.

Especially as the Founder of a small company working solo on many things, it has been an affordable, accessible stand-in for bouncing ideas around since I don't have humans for that all the time.

Another way I play:

✔️ I try to figure out what's DOESN'T work, especially relative to CRO execution.

When I look back at my list of chats in ChatGPT, I have a specific favorites that really blew me away.
